Functional sources of pain include decreased activity tolerance and decreased fitness. For this reason this site focuses on the following functional goals:
- increasing activity tolerance in individuals suffering acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
- procurement of self-care skills for controlling and coping with recurrent or chronic musculoskeletal conditions
- increasing fitness as a rehabilitation and preventive tool
- increasing performance capacity for elite athletes
- helping you to identify a clinical rehabilitation specialist in your area
- fall & frailty prevention in the elderly
- prevention of obesity & diabetes in the youth
- prevention of overuse syndromes in the youth
